Former members of Peter Obi's 2023 Presidential Campaign Council have launched a political platform called 'Batified Obidients' to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Renewed Hope Agenda ahead of the 2027 general elections. The group said its decision followed months of reflection on its experience during Obi's campaign. In a statement signed by National Coordinator Adesina Fagbenro-Byron and regional coordinators, the group pledged to work for Tinubu's re-election in 2027.
