Leaders of newly recruited health workers under the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board (KSPHCB) have denied reports that they protested over the non-payment of salaries for January, February, and March 2026. Representatives Amina Usman Isa and Babangida Mamuda, speaking during a visit to the Daily Trust office in Kaduna, described the report as inaccurate and called on the public to disregard it. Amina, recruited in December 2025, said the visit was to correct a misleading report, and while some members had salary arrears issues, no protest occurred.
