The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) is targeting the recovery of over 788,000 barrels of crude oil per day from shut-in production. The recovery efforts involve 63 operators across Nigeria. The commission aims to boost oil production through this initiative.
