The Construction and Civil Engineering Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (CCESSA) has appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intervene in a disagreement between the Federation of Construction Industry (FOCI) and the Federal Ministry of Works, led by Minister David Umahi. In a communique signed by National President Engr. Dr. Ayodeji Adeyemo and General Secretary Comrade Sunday James, the association warned that the face-off could lead to job losses and threaten livelihoods. The appeal was made following a meeting of the National Executive Committee in Abuja.
