The FCT chapter of the Police Officers Wives Association (POWA) has donated five boreholes to address water scarcity in police barracks across Abuja. The FCT chairperson, Hajiya Maimuna Ahmed Sanusi, said the facilities were provided to tackle the persistent water shortage affecting police families. She noted that access to potable water is a pressing basic need in several barracks.
