The 2026 Kaduna International Polo Tournament is set to begin on October 15, 2026, at the Murtala Mohammed Square in Kaduna. For the first time in its 106-year history, the competition will be held over ten days. Kaduna Polo President Mohammad Babangida confirmed that foreign professionals from Argentina, Europe, and South Africa will compete alongside Nigeria's top polo patrons and players. Vice President and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, General Kapeh Kazir, disclosed that teams will compete for major prizes, including the Georgian Cup and the Emir of Katsina Cup.
