The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) has warned stakeholders that the $1.3 billion, 700-megawatt Zungeru Hydropower Project cannot be allowed to operate below capacity. The commission demanded full capacity operation of the plant. The warning was issued to ensure optimal performance of the project.
