The Africa Peace Ambassador, Sani Ahmed Gwamna Mayanchi, has stated that Zamfara State needs peace to progress and develop. Addressing newsmen in Gusau, Mayanchi emphasized that security should be the top priority of the state. He said welfare should not be prioritized over security, as meaningful development can only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace. Mayanchi called for concerted efforts to address the security challenges in the state.
