An All Progressives Congress chieftain in Oyo State, Olusola Ayandele, has dismissed claims that the Allied Peoples Movement controls Ibarapa politically. He was reacting to a statement by the state Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ademola Ojo, who is popularly known as Ijaya. Ayandele described the commissioner's claim as a political illusion and expressed confidence that Ibarapa will deliver massive votes for the APC in 2027.
