A 55-year-old motorist escaped unhurt after a train collided with his Honda car at the PWD railway crossing in Lagos State. The vehicle, with registration number EKY 902 JT, was extensively damaged in the incident involving a train travelling towards Agege. Operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) and security personnel rescued the driver and cleared the wrecked car from the track, allowing the train to continue its journey. Traffic congestion persisted around the PWD axis following the incident, and the damaged vehicle was handed over to security personnel for investigation.
