Editor Eze Anaba called for practical measures to improve access to mental health services, strengthen advocacy, and create a supportive environment for young Nigerians. He identified anxiety, depression, substance use, and suicide as challenges affecting young people, noting barriers such as cost, limited services, and stigma. Anaba stressed that addressing youth mental health requires more than awareness campaigns.
