Coleman Technical Industries Ltd., Nigeria's largest cable manufacturer, has called for jail terms for manufacturers and distributors of counterfeit cables. The company also stated that the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) has weak enforcement. The call comes amid concerns over the proliferation of fake cables in the Nigerian market.
