The Bureau of Public Procurement has warned Ministries, Departments, and Agencies that buying vehicles from suppliers not registered with the National Automotive Design and Development Council is a criminal offence. The BPP stated that such procurement is subject to prosecution. The warning was issued to ensure compliance with regulations.
