The African Democratic Congress (ADC) launched its 2027 presidential campaign in Abuja on Friday, pledging to reverse economic hardship under President Bola Tinubu. The party unveiled its Presidential Campaign Council and declared that its ticket of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and Rotimi Amaechi offers a credible alternative. ADC leaders, including National Chairman Senator David Mark and Campaign Council Chairman Kashim Ibrahim-Imam, charged members to mobilise nationwide around promises of affordable living and better governance. Director-General Senator Austin Akobundu said the campaign will focus on the daily struggles of families, workers, farmers, and business owners.
