The Court of Appeal has rescheduled the hearing of SERAP’s appeals against the N100 million defamation judgement in favour of the State Security Service. The court set a new date after discovering that one of the two appeals was not ready for hearing. The appeals challenge the defamation judgement awarded to the SSS.
