Tony Elumelu, Chairman of Heirs Holdings and founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, has reiterated his advocacy for Africapitalism as a means to drive West Africa's economic transformation. He spoke at a media roundtable in Lagos involving Sierra Leone's President Julius Maada Bio. Elumelu emphasised that African entrepreneurs and investors must commit capital and expertise to build productive economies.
