The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State have traded accusations over an alleged plot by the ruling party to disrupt the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) with thugs. Both parties accused each other of attempting to disrupt the exercise. The allegations come as PVC collection continues ahead of future elections.
