They emphasized that government policies, school-based interventions, affordable treatment, and stronger accountability must produce measurable results. The experts warned that awareness campaigns alone would not protect young people from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicide risk, and psychological pressures linked to social media and insecurity. They stressed that government, health professionals, schools, families, religious institutions, the media, and technology platforms must collaborate to tackle the issue.
