The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council (ADC-PCC) has urged eligible Nigerians to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) as the nationwide collection exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) began. In a statement issued by its Director of Media and Publicity, Kola Ologbondiyan, the ADC-PCC assured Nigerians that their votes would count in the 2027 general elections. The Council dismissed claims that votes would not count or that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would manipulate results, describing such assertions as false and deceptive. It emphasized that the voter's card is a powerful tool for ensuring credible elections.
