An 81-year-old man, Ademola, has filed a petition at Grade A Customary Court, Court 2, Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State, seeking to dissolve his 54-year-old marriage to Adesewa. He cited irresponsibility, infidelity, and violence, alleging that his wife grabbed his neck and almost strangled him after he caught her with another man. Ademola stated that he began regretting the union 16 years ago.
