Media personality Nedu Wazobia has expressed concern over the rising cost of living in Nigeria. He cited a statistic that only 2.4% of Nigerian workers earn above ₦200,000 monthly. Nedu urged Nigerians to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and vote wisely. He questioned how much an average person needs to earn monthly to survive the current economic situation.
