Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has called for his team to be more "streetwise" and "stubborn" after they conceded a late equaliser to draw 1-1 with 10-man Tottenham at Old Trafford. United have now taken only six points from their first six Premier League games, their lowest tally at this stage in 30 years. The team was booed off at both half-time and full-time by home supporters. Carrick acknowledged the poor points return and stressed the need for quick improvement.
