Film practitioner and scholar Oreofe Williams has been appointed as a consultant to the National Universities Commission (NUC). In this role, he will contribute to the review and development of curricula for Theatre Arts, Film and Media Studies in Nigerian universities. The appointment was reported by Tribune Online. Williams is expected to help shape education in these fields.
