Dr Magnus Onyibe, a two-time Delta State Commissioner, author, and public policy analyst, has released a book on State Police. In an interview, he discussed how governors frustrated former President Olusegun Obasanjo's plan to establish state police. The book comes as a bill to decentralise the subsisting structure is underway.
