The New Democratic Congress (NDC) has called for calm following the omission of its Kano gubernatorial candidate's name from the list published by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The Kano list contained 17 gubernatorial candidates and their running mates from different political parties. The NDC urged its supporters to remain peaceful as the situation is addressed.
