Former Senator Shehu Sani has advised candidates omitted from INEC's lists to cease litigation, warning that they risk wasting money, time, and energy. He made the appeal in a post on X on Saturday, following a Supreme Court ruling that enabled INEC to exclude some candidates. Sani also urged lawyers, including Senior Advocates of Nigeria, to discourage affected candidates from filing fresh suits that could increase their legal expenses.
