The Itoku community in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has declared support for Hajia Lateefat Sowunmi-Kolapo, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) deputy governorship candidate for the 2027 election. The community's endorsement was announced recently. Sowunmi-Kolapo is the running mate to the PDP governorship candidate in Ogun State. The 2027 general elections are scheduled to take place in Nigeria.
