The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has begun engaging the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to resolve the omission of some of its candidates from the commission's final list of governorship candidates for the 2027 elections, which was released on Saturday. In a statement on Sunday, PDP National Publicity Secretary Jungudo Mohammed said the party is treating the development seriously. The party is seeking clarification and resolution regarding the omissions.
