Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to disclose the companies printing sensitive materials for the 2027 elections. Atiku, through his Director of Strategic Communication, Phrank Shaibu, for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council, expressed concern that opaque contracts and key departmental redeployments could undermine confidence in the polls. He demanded explanations for changes in INEC's Electoral Operations Department and allegations that a substantial share of sensitive election materials had been allocated to private contractors.
