Eminent Nigerians, including former National Broadcasting Commission Director General Nasir Danladi Bako, have praised Governor Monday Okphebolo of Edo State for appointing former Edo State Football Association Chairman Frank Areguame Ilaboya as Special Adviser on Grassroots Sports Mobilization. Bako said Ilaboya earned the appointment through his long service as a sports writer and his tenure as chairman of the Edo State Football Association. He described Ilaboya as qualified and acceptable for the role, citing his determination and capacity to achieve results. Bako also advised Ilaboya to recognize the importance of growth and development in grassroots sports mobilization.
