The Arewa House has cancelled the public presentation of a book titled 'Tinubu: From Renewed Hope to Despair – A Critical Examination of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Government,' according to the organisers. The event was earlier scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Arewa House in Kaduna. The book offers a critical and evidence-based examination of the policies, performance, and socio-economic consequences of President Tinubu's administration since its inauguration in May 2023. According to a statement by Abubakar Siddique Mohammed, Executive Director of the Centre for Democratic Development, Research and Training (CEDDERT), the presentation was intended to provide an opportunity for scholars, public intellectuals, policymakers, political actors, media, and the public to engage with the issues raised in the book.
