A Lagos High Court has struck out an application by Euracare Hospital seeking to stop the coroner's inquest into the death of Nkanu Esege, the son of writer Chimamanda Adichie. The ruling allows the inquest proceedings to continue. The hospital had filed the application to halt the inquiry. The court's decision was reported by Punch.
