The Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has suspended its three-day warning strike. The association directed its members to resume duty on Thursday, October 15, by 8:00 a.m. The suspension was announced in a memo signed by the association's president, Dr. Uthman Adedeji, and general secretary, Dr. Mary Awodiji. The strike was initially embarked upon over persistent electricity issues.
