The Ray Ekpu investigative journalism prize has opened entries for 2026 and increased its total prize money to N1.75 million. Founded by Udom Inoyo in 2021 with a top prize of N500,000, the award has attracted two new sponsors. The initiative recognizes investigative journalism.
