A former Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Aminu Dabo, has resigned from the All Progressives Congress. Dabo, who was the APC caucus chairman in Dambatta Local Government Area of Kano State, announced his resignation in a letter dated October 7, 2026. He cited personal reasons and future endeavours for his decision. Dabo expressed gratitude to the party leadership for the opportunity to serve.
