The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has requested the Federal Government to approve a partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC). The partnership aims to expand the distribution of discounted petrol across the country. PETROAN believes this will help reduce queues at fuel stations.
