Babadunni Olayemi, personal assistant to late gospel singer Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, known as ToluwaniSings, revealed that efforts to get medical attention for the singer failed after he suddenly slumped. The aide said the singer was taken to between seven and eight hospitals in Ibadan, Oyo State, but some hospitals cited an ongoing strike as reason for not attending to him. The singer subsequently died.
