Classrooms in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) remain empty as a teachers’ strike enters its seventh day. The FCT Council of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) declared an indefinite strike on 7 October over unmet demands of FCT teachers. The strike has disrupted academic activities in public schools across the territory. No resolution has been reached yet.
