The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed a N170 million contract suit filed by Micheleti & Tal Ltd against the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment and Zenith Bank. The suit concerned the award of a contract for the rehabilitation of the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, dated October 14, 2005. The court cleared Zenith Bank of any liability in the matter. The case was dismissed in its entirety.
