A Federal High Court in Abuja has discharged and acquitted businessman Aliyu Abubakar and Malabu Oil in a $1 billion money laundering case linked to OPL 245. The court cleared the defendants of all charges. The case was related to alleged fraudulent activities surrounding the oil block.
