A court has acquitted Malabu Oil and Aliyu Abubakar of charges related to the OPL 245 deal. The court held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) failed to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt. The case was related to the controversial OPL 245 oil block deal.
