Anthropic's revenue growth slowed in the third quarter as the AI startup prepares to go public. The company generated $16.8 billion in revenue during the quarter, a slowdown from earlier in the year. Anthropic told prospective investors that 5% to 7% of its revenue comes from distillation, where rival AI developers use its Claude models to help train their own systems. Cracking down on such distillation may have contributed to the recent revenue slowdown.
