An EFCC witness has faulted aviation ministry contracts awarded to former minister Hadi Sirika's relatives and associate. The witness listed irregularities including imposition of contractors on the ministry and a breach of the then-minister's approval thresholds. The testimony was given in the ongoing trial of the former minister.
