‘Bogus statistics’ – Most of Obi’s figures were correct, Kwankwaso replies Shettima

Rabiu Kwankwaso, vice-presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has defended Peter Obi against Vice-President Kashim Shettima's criticism. Shettima had called Obi "the master of bogus statistics and incoherent economic prescriptions" during an APC event. In an interview on Channels Television, Kwankwaso said most of Obi's figures were correct and expressed no surprise at Shettima's remarks.
