A Divisional Police Officer in Rivers State and some other officers of his post have been suspended. The suspension followed reports that they allowed suspected cultists to renovate their facility. The state police command, in a statement by its spokesperson Blessing Agabe, condemned the renovation, which occurred in the Abuloma area of Port Harcourt. The command said the act could dent the image of the force.
