Japan Tobacco International (JTI) Nigeria has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Nigeria's economic growth through its business activities, according to a statement issued as the country marked its 66th independence anniversary. The company's General Manager, Mr. Abdallah Simba, said JTI has remained committed for over 18 years to conducting business responsibly, supporting its employees, and contributing meaningfully to the country and its stakeholders. JTI also pledged to continue promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace built on respect, equal opportunity, and employee development. Looking ahead, the company said it will build on the progress achieved, strengthen its contribution to the economy, and create sustainable value for its employees, partners, and other stakeholders.
