The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has commenced an investigation into an occurrence involving a Challenger 604 aircraft with registration T7-SEI, operated by Triton. The incident concerned a mid-air door separation on a jet headed to Lagos. The airplane door was recovered and secured at the wreckage hangar.
