A Professor of Public Administration at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Frederick Odo Eze, has proposed a revenue allocation model for local governments. Under the proposal, 60 per cent of local government allocations would be committed to development projects. The academic presented the model in his capacity as a scholar in the field of public administration.
