The Transparency Advocacy for Development Initiative stated that N10.69 billion was disbursed to businessman Kenneth Ifekudu between April 2023 and 2026. The organisation said the payments followed due process and underwent verification. The funds were disbursed in connection with the Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute.
