The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is set to introduce a service to align the biodata of graduates whose records do not match their National Identification Number (NIN) details. This initiative aims to rescue thousands of Nigerian graduates who have been unable to participate in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme for years due to discrepancies between their JAMB records and NIN details. JAMB Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, disclosed this in Abuja while receiving a delegation from Veritas University. The new NIN alignment service will enable eligible candidates to update their biodata to match their official identity records, potentially clearing a major obstacle preventing affected graduates from participating in NYSC.
